Telos Biotech telomere lengthening, recombinant protein, cell therapy manufacturing
Telos Biotech is developing Telovance, a recombinant protein or protein complex delivered during ex-vivo cell therapy manufacturing. The company says Telovance is designed to safely lengthen shortened telomeres, extend replicative lifespan, improve cytotoxicity, and reduce cell exhaustion. Telos was launched by Cambrian Bio and founded in 2020 based on work from Jerry Shay, Enzo Tedone, and Mohammad Sayed at UT Southwestern.
The published score reflects a curated read of public evidence across 16 dimensions. Each dimension below shows the rationale we used. Disagree with a reading? Tell us where we are wrong
Higher up = higher Eternal Search score. Further right = closer to achieving real longevity outcomes (early mechanism → translational → near-term readout). Bubble size = capital deployed. Watch for MISMATCHES: big bubbles on the left are well-capitalized but far from goals; small bubbles on the right are doing more with less.
Telos Biotech — Early mechanism · Bottom quartile. Derived deterministically from 1 extracted project(s). Most-advanced status: preclinical. Band: early_mechanism. Aging-relevance not LLM-reviewed in this pass.
