Full scientific poster: Ammonia capture extends life

Full text

This proposed hypothesis asks whether restoring ammonia capture by liver cells around central veins could lower post-meal ammonia and then preserve muscle, cognition and survival. Glutamine synthetase is an enzyme that incorporates ammonia, a nitrogenous waste product, into glutamine. The proposal predicts 40% correction of mapped cells would be insufficient, 80% would be sufficient, and 100% correction would give the same benefit. The test is sequence: ammonia must fall before muscle-force recovery and cognition improve. Blood-fat protein apolipoprotein B, hormone pulses and thymic antigen presentation, an immune-training signal, should remain unchanged. Testing needs spatial mapping, controlled enzyme changes, ammonia-into-glutamine measures, function and survival.
