Paul L. Berns is a biotech executive and venture investor who serves as Managing Director at ARCH Venture Partners and as co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Neumora Therapeutics. He previously led Anacor Pharmaceuticals as Chairman and CEO through its 2016 sale to Pfizer, and has held senior operating roles at Allos Therapeutics, Bone Care International, Abbott, BASF/Knoll and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Across ARCH and company-building roles, he has helped launch or chair multiple biotech platforms spanning neuroscience, immunology, metabolic disease and digital health.
