Sean Escola, MD, PhD, is a computational neuroscientist, psychiatrist, and entrepreneur working across neurotechnology, AI, and mental health. He is Neurotech Lead and Venture Partner/EIR at Protocol Labs, and previously served as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University. He also co-founded Herophilus (formerly System1 Biosciences), co-founded Neuromatch, and is publicly associated with Fauna Robotics and Braingels.
