Finian Tan is a Singapore-based venture capitalist and the founder, chairman, and CIO of Vickers Venture Partners. Before launching Vickers in 2005, he was a managing director at Draper Fisher Jurvetson and led the firm's investment into Baidu. Earlier in his career he served in senior roles in the Singapore government and at Goldman Sachs.
