Regis B. Kelly is a neuroscientist, former UCSF Executive Vice Chancellor, and longtime director of QB3, the California Institute for Quantitative Biosciences. He helped build the UCSF/QB3 startup ecosystem, co-founded Mission Bay Capital, and now serves as a Venture Partner at MedTech Venture Partners. He is also active as an advisor to biotech and university-linked innovation programs, including Deciduous Therapeutics and Berkeley SkyDeck.
