Gregory M. Fahy is a U.S. cryobiologist and biogerontologist best known for his work in vitrification, organ preservation, and aging biology. He is Chief Scientific Officer at 21st Century Medicine and Chief Scientific Officer at Intervene Immune, where he led the TRIIM trial on thymus regeneration and epigenetic age reversal. He has also held leadership roles in the field, including serving as 2022-2023 president of the Society for Cryobiology.
