Emilio A. Fernandez Jr. is an inventor, entrepreneur, and investor best known as co-founder of Pulse Electronics, whose railroad-control business was acquired by Wabtec, where he later served as vice chairman and long-time director. Public filings show he retained a large personal Wabtec equity stake, and UMD describes him as an early-stage investor across a broad technological spectrum.
