Jason Coloma, Ph.D., M.P.H., MBA is the Chief Executive Officer of Maze Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotech developing precision medicines for kidney and metabolic diseases. Before becoming CEO in June 2019, he was Maze's chief operating officer and previously a venture partner at Third Rock Ventures focused on company formation. His earlier career included business-development and partnering leadership roles at Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Roche, and Genentech.
