Tony Cheng is President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), a major global life and health reinsurer. He joined RGA in 1997, led its Hong Kong and broader Asia operations, later ran EMEA, Asia, and Australia, and became RGA President in 2023 before assuming the CEO role. He also chairs the Longer Life Foundation, RGA's research collaboration with Washington University in St. Louis focused on mortality, longevity, and healthier lives.
