Ernst Peter Hovinga is a Dutch space and IoT entrepreneur associated with Hiber, the Amsterdam-founded satellite connectivity company. An Iridium press release from September 7, 2017 named him CEO of Magnitude Space, the startup building a low-power global area satellite IoT network, and later sources list him as a Hiber co-founder and board advisor. He has also been described by Techstars as a successful Dutch entrepreneur who partnered with Mohammed El Fakee to help launch Green Wheel.
