William Hsu is a venture capitalist and founding partner of Mucker Capital, a Los Angeles-based seed and Series A firm focused on startups outside Silicon Valley. Before Mucker, he founded BuildPoint, later acquired by Roper Technologies, and held senior product and operating roles at AT&T Interactive, eBay, and Green Dot. Mucker's official bio credits him with leading the first institutional check into Honey, AuditBoard, and ServiceTitan.
