Allan Gibofsky is a U.S. rheumatologist, professor, and legal-medicine expert based in New York. He is Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Attending Rheumatologist at Hospital for Special Surgery and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where he has focused on inflammatory arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and rheumatic fever. He is a past president of the American College of Rheumatology and has held leadership roles in legal medicine and FDA advisory work.
