Adrian "Ad" Rawcliffe is a biotechnology executive who joined Flagship Pioneering in January 2026 as CEO-Partner and CEO of Etiome. He previously served as CEO of Adaptimmune Therapeutics and earlier held senior finance and business development roles at GSK, including Managing Partner and President of SR One. He also serves as a non-executive director of Wave Life Sciences.
