Katherine High, M.D., is an American physician-scientist best known for pioneering gene-therapy programs in hemophilia and inherited retinal disease. She co-founded Spark Therapeutics, later served as President of Therapeutics and board member at AskBio, and is currently Chief Executive Officer of RhyGaze AG. She also serves on public-company boards including Incyte and CRISPR Therapeutics and has held long-standing academic and advisory roles at Penn and CHOP.
