Thomas J. Appio is the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Bausch Health Companies Inc. He was named CEO in 2021 and has served on the Bausch Health board since May 2022. Earlier, he led Bausch + Lomb's international business and, before joining Bausch-related businesses, spent 23 years in leadership and operations roles at Schering-Plough.
