Hasan Jasem Al Nowais is a UAE healthcare executive who led Mubadala Health and then became the founding Managing Director and Group CEO of M42, the Abu Dhabi health platform created from the combination of Mubadala Health and G42 Healthcare. He also served as Chairman of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and was publicly associated with M42’s expansion into AI-enabled healthcare, genomics, preventive medicine, and longevity partnerships. A November 27, 2025 federal decree appointed him Undersecretary of the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, and M42 said on April 3, 2026 that he transitioned from CEO to remain on M42’s Board.
