Nick Lane is President of Equitable, where he leads the company's Retirement, Wealth Management and Protection Solutions businesses along with marketing functions. Earlier at AXA/Equitable, he served as CEO and President of AXA Japan and as Head of AXA Global Strategy. Before joining the company in 2005, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.
