Laurence Rodriguez is the Chief Executive Officer and a director of GenSight Biologics, a French gene-therapy company focused on retinal neurodegenerative diseases. GenSight says she has more than 30 years of life-sciences experience, including 13 years at Sanofi Genzyme in rare diseases. She joined GenSight in May 2021 as Country Manager and Head of Operations for France and later became CEO.
